I took another look at the grass yesterday afternoon and I decided it could wait for a while. I did go to the gym and did my cycling workout. I am kind of bored with that, but I think it is an effective weight loss exercise, so I’ll stick with that for now. I am looking forward to adding variety to my gym workouts and I think I’ll start doing that in another 30 pounds. For now, I’m content to keep doing the same routine and keep progressing to the goal.
