Yesterday was another painting day and by the time I got done, I was so tired that going to the gym was out of the question. Instead, I went this morning. I didn’t do a good job of hydrating yesterday, so this morning, I drank a quart of water during my workout and still felt thirsty. I wasn’t too good this morning, so I cut my workout short. I would like to shift the workout to the morning, so we’ll see how this goes. Today will be a day of water drinking. This is the thing that I have to watch the most, I think.
