I was extremely tired last night and I decided that more sleep this morning was in order, so I didn’t go to the gym yet… I will go this afternoon. I was up a little on the scale this morning, but I’ve lost 2 pounds in the last four days, which is right on track. Yesterday, I pulled out a couple of bushes that I’ve hated for some time. The neighbors were out and two different guys commented on my weight loss, so that was pretty cool.
