I always liked Marquis Grissom. I can't remember why, but I remember that I did.
I did too. I think I thought his name was cool. It seems he looked cool on his baseball card too, but that's taxing the memory a bit.
I also generally like small fast players - so that helped.
Yep, that was it. He looked like the right kind of player for me at the time.
Name was definitely cool. Back when the show "CSI" started, I assigned the main investigator extra cool points for having the name "Grissom," which only carried that kind of context because of the ballplayer.
