  1. It's interesting that DeVries is starting in the AFL, considering he has only five starts over the last two seasons in AA and AAA. I wonder if they are just trying to get him some more inning to improve on his secondary stuff or if they are trying to make him into a starter for the long-term since they have so little starting pitching in the upper minors.
