    1. Good to see that they found a way to let more people see Gotye than the Varsity would allow.
Sad to see that fans have to go all the way out to Maplewood.

      1. Good to see that they found a way to let more people see Gotye than the Varsity would allow.
I thought the same thing. I actually got excited about your second point, then I remembered that the venue in way out in Maplewood 10 minutes from my house is the Myth. Epic is not far from our favorite sporting venues.

    2. Tosca, eh? I've got their F--- Dub and Chocolate Elvis remix collections, but I never got any of their albums (they were rising as college and my need for instrumental trip hop was waning). In my few days in Vienna in Jan '00, I did make it to a music shop (I can't remember the name) that seemed to be the official outlet of G-Stone music. I was a bit overwhelmed and short of cash, so I got Chocolate Elvis, and two other things on different labels, plus a G-Stone t-shirt.

That t-shirt was a piece of crap. After the first laundering, it looked well-loved, and within a year it was unwearable.

      1. I don't own any of their remix collections, and this song is from Suzuki, the only album of theirs that I own. That being said, it does get a fair amount of "background" play when I'm studying or working and I've often considered adding more of the genre to my collection. Thoughts?
