  1. Nicely played, sir. You should get the Hands Free model!

Personally, I might have gone with Nucky burning down his childhood home. That's what this team is doing to my fandom.

  2. Notes I made while sitting in the upper deck on the first base line.

--Tonight was T.C. Bear's 1,000th game. They gave him an environment friendly tricycle to ride on. Sweet.
--Jeremey Carroll's walk-up music is Fight For Your Right. Nice.
--Komatsu made a huge base-running gaffe after his first walk. Butera stroked a solid line drive to the gap, and Komatsu just stood there watching it and only got to second. He could have made third, and Butera might have had a chance for a double. I know he was as shocked as everyone that Komatsu hit it hard, but ugh. He might score if he doesn't do that.
--The hardest song in the world to sing must be "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" because never is the crowd in sync. Never. And they always say "crackerjackS" when it's not plural.
--Stef had a chance to win Twingo in the third inning. All she needed was a sacrifice fly from Pujols. Instead, he hit a single. D'oh.
--The camera panned over a sign held up by a kid. Everyone Loves Bert but I'm a Huge Fan of Dick.

      1. "Give Me Some Peanut and Crackerjack"?
The singer is asking for just one, any one random peanut?

  3. He actually said "Mastroianni has been playing the living fire out of the game down there." Actually said it.

    1. And now Mastroianni will be playing the living fire out of the game in the bigs! Can't wait to see it!

  4. Love that music, meat. Nothing like it for an early-morning wake up at work.

  5. At this rate, I will probably be able to snag some pretty sweet seats for dirt cheap when/if I finally make a game. I'm thinking the A's series first week of June. There's a Wednesday day game.
