WGOM Fitness: October 2, 2012, Progress

This morning, this scale has moved in a positive direction. I had it in my mind when I started this program that I would be happy with a break even result on my trips to the Fatherland, as long as I was actively losing weight when I am home. I'm not really okay with that anymore. I've started working out here and I want to see results. So, this six consecutive days with the same number on the scale was starting to irritate me. On day 7, though, the scale was down. Yay.

I rode the Air Dyne for 30 minutes last night and once I got warmed up, I was moving at about 65 RPM. That's a pretty good workout for me. I'm operating at a lot higher heart rate than I do on the bike at the gym. We'll see if that brings about any results.
