  1. it seems to me Kevin Love is passing the more more this year.
    last year he had a per36 of 1.9
    this year per 36 of 2.4
    career average is 2.2

    1. he does two thing adequately: block or alter a shot and hit a mid range 'jump' shot.

      he is an awful rebounder

      1. He also fouls on every pick (can't believe he hasn't gotten called yet) and right now has no business being on the court.

    1. This sequence has been my least favorite players on the team doing my least favorite things.

  5. I wonder how much profit KFC makes on that Festive Feast? I mean, its gotta be about 7 bucks worth of (crappy) food and sell it for 20 bucks.

  11. When Rubio is back (seriously, this injury thing is a joke, right?), he really, really needs to be on the floor with Shved. If Rubio is doing Rubio things, he can get the ball to Shved and avoid those double teams for better shots.

    That said, I find it totally awesome that teams are doubling Shved. I may never cruch on another pro athlete this way again.

  12. Louisville is beating Florida (horray!) but Florida ran this awesome fake feild goal where the lined up G-C-G, shot gun QB, flaked by RBs, and the rest of the team way to the left. awesome

  13. I'm cautiously optimistic about the second half after seeing the team stats. No way Utah shoots 53% the rest of the game, the Wolves are holding on rebounds, and a 12 to 4 FTA advantage makes me feel ok, despite the riot in the paint.

  14. I was looking around basketball-reference (a great site like b-r, and its free to do searches!) over the weekend, and I didnt know Jack Sikma was a really good basketball player.

      1. I loved those Supersonic teams: Sikma, Paul Silas, Downtown Freddie Brown, DJ, Gus Williams, John Johnson, Lonnie Shelton, Marvin "the Human Eraser" Webster, Slick Watts. The 1978-79 team that won the title and the 1977-78 team that lost to the Bullets were really fun teams to watch.

      1. I was stunned they didn't call it that way when the guy was frickin holding on to the wrist Shved did not have the ball in. Shameful.

  21. I'd appreciate a 12-4 run here. Get this game back towards something manageable, anyhow.

    1. That won't happen as long as Utah gets away with murder and the Wolves bigs play hands free defense anyway.

  28. there hasnt been too many games this season where its a total blowout
    hopefully tomorrow is different in Denver
