Chicago closes out LA in an amazing double overtime victory. After scoring twice in the first, the Blackhawks were held scoreless until only 4 minutes remained in the 3rd period when Kane notched a goal. Before that go-ahead goal, the Kings had scored once in the 2nd and again in the third to tie it at 2-2. Mike Richards was able to tie the game again at 3-3 with a goal at 19:50 of regulation. After a scoreless 1st overtime, Kane notched the game/series winner at 11:40 of the 2nd OT.

Chicago will meet Boston in the NHL Finals. Boston swept Pittsburgh to win the East.

Heat even The Finals at 1 game apiece with a 103-84 win against the Spurs.

  1. I was watching the end of that hockey game. I was really glad the Kings tired it at the end of regulation because of that no-call on the trip on Chicago's last goal. That shot in second overtime was a much better way to end things.
