    Also, because my wife is out and I'm sick of putting the boy to sleep 14 times per night, I tried the cry-it-out method. Just took 40 minutes and he's out! Hopefully this means he sleeps through the night.

  8. I gotta say, this is kind of what I thought might happen with the Nets this year, though ESPN was doing its best to convince me otherwise over the offseason. Old, slow and perpetually injured doesn't win many games.

        I thought Garnett was pretty much done two years ago when his FG pct took a big drop. Last year, his FT pct also took a big drop. This year, it's early, but it does not look good. Pierce's decline was less predictable, perhaps, but you knew it was coming. He's 36. That is ancient for a small forward or 2-guard.
