John Lindsey has a winning campaign for Navojoa.

NAVOJOA 7, HERMOSILLO 4 IN HERMOSILLO

Navojoa:  John Lindsey was 3-for-3 with two walks and a home run (his fifth), driving in three.  Chris Roberson was 2-for-4 with a walk and a two-run homer, scoring twice.  Juan Delgadillo pitched 6.2 innings, giving up two runs on six hits and one walk with five strikeouts.

Hermosillo:  Jose Aguilar was 3-for-4 with a triple and a home run, scoring twice and driving in three.  Luis Alfonzo Garcia was 2-for-3 with a walk and a run.  Jesus Castillo (Oakland) pitched two shutout innings, allowing no hits and one walk.

The game:  Lindsey hit a two-run homer in the first to give Navojoa a 2-0 lead.  Roberson hit a two-run homer in the second to make it 4-0.  Luis Fonseca homered in the top of the third and Aguilar homered in the bottom of the third to leave the score 5-1.  In the fourth, Navojoa finally scored without a home run, getting RBI singles from Jon Weber and Lindsey to lead 7-1.  Aguilar tripled and scored in the fifth to make it 7-2 and hit a two-run single in the eighth to cut the lead to 7-4, but Hermosillo did not get the tying run up to bat.
