Just got off the phone interwebs with Pepper and realized something - Did we nail this thing down?
Seems the consensus last week was that a Thursday meeting at Be'Witched would be convenient for most involved. Washington isn't close to where I'm at, but seems close to where y'all are working so I'm happy to make a trip over - maybe swing by and pick up Dread Pirate enroute.
I can take lunch anytime. The questions are:

What time works best for you?
I could come if it were at 10 or 10:30, but my schedule can change from day to day, so don't schedule around me.

Ha. We have a mandatory team meeting every day from 11:30 to 12:30, so outside lunch during that time is impossible. I normally eat during the meeting.
Works for me! I can probably get there about 12:15.
I will have to respectfully decline, as I am about a 20 hour drive from Be'Witched. I think the closest Citizen to me is either DG or meat, I'm not sure. (Update: 7:30 to NOLA, 10:00 to New Mexico. I thought DG would be a lot closer. I still don't have the scale of Texas right in my head)

It's 4.5 - 5 hours to Houston from my house, but it could be 2.5 - 3 hours to get across Houston at the wrong time of day.
As to the scale of Texas...... Huge is the word you're looking for.
April 3 should work for me. On that day last year... I had cake with free and DK and Sheenie (and drinks with CoC).

The day works for me, but I will have to walk all the way from one end of the building to the other to get there. I'll do a count on Monday and reserve us a table.
