I had no idea where he was throwing that ball. It didn't seem like it could have been intended for home plate.

I was at the game Tuesday night and Pelfrey looked pretty good. A couple of mistake pitches with runners on but he's had two consecutive good starts.
Even if no runs score, kind of a disappointing end to May's night.

I know Graham hadn't pitched in forever, but why did they bring Tonkin in for just one third of an inning? You have a huge lead. Let one of them pitch to four batters. Sheesh.
Maybe Molitor was planning on Tonkin for the ninth until the Twins added three more runs. But at least when Molitor made mid-inning pitching changes, the pitcher got out of the inning on one pitch. This happened twice in the game.
