    1. I fear John Terry sold his soul to have a phenomenal 2014-15 season. Then the devil discovered Terry has no soul. So he's extracting his revenge by making Terry absolutely terrible this year.

  1. Chattanooga's game against Montgomery last night was rained out. They'll play game two of their series tonight, with Jason Wheeler going for the Lookouts. Cedar Rapids plays the first game of its second round series with Peoria tonight in Peoria. Keaton Steele goes for the Kernels.

  2. I've been so focused on the wildcard race that I didn't notice we gained 3 games on KC in the division over the last week or so.

    1. Royals have lost 6 of 7. In all their miracle comebacks to win divisions, the furthest behind the Twins were after Game 140 was 5.5 games, so the Royals blowing this lead would be pretty much unprecedented.

      1. Oh, I wasn't suggesting we have a chance of catching them, just that they've finally come down to earth a bit after flying close to the sun for so long.

  3. This is my son's favorite book. Notice the author's name. Any way we can use this creatively going forward?

  4. Gophers can't get out of their own way on offense and trail CSU 7-6 at halftime. Kill says he's not happy and will make adjustments at halftime. Gophers go 70 yards on 2 plays on first drive of second half. Nice adjustment, coach.

      1. Goofer game. Won in OT after getting screwed with 11 seconds to go in regulation to give Colorado State a chance to tie. But then CSU gave the ball away on their first play in OT.
