I was hoping that this was going to be a redesign of The Logo with different silhouettes for different teams. E.g., Kareem in mid-sky hook for the Bucks. That would have been super cool.

I always go out of my way to cook something crazy on this corporate holiday, and today we're having smoked salmon, root mash, and a red leaf lettuce salad. The salmon is on the grill, the root mash is on the stove and the salad is in the fridge. I'm usually knuckle deep in dishes by this time, so I feel a little behind schedule.
I went crazy. Leftover salad.
But I made a nice vinaigrette and pan-seared some salmon to go with it.
The Gophers get blown out the doors by the dregs like Northwestern but hang tough in same games with Ohio St and Michigan St and now tonight Iowa. All losses (pending tonight) but its so weird.
I know no one plays defense in All-Star games, but 196 points? Damn.
