  1. It's unconscionable that a team would create a roster that requires playing either Rosario or Arcia in every game started by a left-handed pitcher. Maybe they shouldn't have a bajillion pitchers.

    In the last 4 days...
Ryan O'Rourke has faced 2 batters and thrown 11 pitches
    Tommy Milone hasn't pitched
Michael Tonkin has faced 7 batters and thrown 26 pitches
Casey Fien has faced 7 batters and thrown 22 pitches
Fernando Abad has faced 4 batters and thrown 7 pitches (talk about efficient!)
Kevin Jepsen has faced 4 batters and thrown 11 pitches
Ryan Pressly has faced 5 batters and thrown 18 pitches

    WHY?!

    1. It's unconscionable that a team would create a roster that requires playing either Rosario or Arcia and two repurposed infielders in the outfield in every game started by a left-handed pitcher.

      Ftfy

  2. What the heck happened to Dallas Kuechel there? I mean, the home ump has had a not very good zone, but Kuechel wasn't close to the plate on half those balls.

3 runs on the board though, so thats good.

  3. Jack Morris mocking route efficiency time to mute the game for a while.

  4. PARK!

I thought the ball was going to get stuck behind the flagpole.

  5. Good for JR Murphy. Berrios tosses a curve right down the middle and it was called a ball.

  6. I'll give that one to Murphy. He got a ball called a strike that was about a foot outside when he was hitting too.

  7. And the same pitch gets called a strike. HAHAHAH Jerry Layne is the worst.

    1. Let's not forget that he missed that hit batter in game 163 in the top of the 11th

  8. Berrios has some wicked, wicked late movement to that curveball. I like it.

    1. Bandbox pt. 2. Houston's ballpark is the closest you can get to backyard wiffleball in MLB.

  9. cue twitter and the stribbies exploding into a "Joe Mauer should catch" fury since Suzuki seemed to has tweaked something.
