Napoli with sneaky speed to score the fourth run for Cleveland. Have to think that's basically the game with Miller sure to pitch the sixth and seventh.
Not a fan of the use of replay to determine if the baserunner came off the base for 50 ms and thus being out.

Boston scored in the first inning of the first game of the ALDS, Cleveland tied it up in the bottom of the second. Cleveland has not trailed in a game since.
