Rained out.

CHATTANOOGA 3, JACKSON 0 IN CHATTANOOGA

The Lookouts scored two in the first and one in the fourth.  The Generals had eight hits, but all were singles and they had only one at-bat with a man in scoring position.

Brian Navarreto was 3-for-4 with a home run, his second.  Chris Paul was 2-for-4.  LaMonte Wade was 2-for-4 with a walk.  Alex Perez was 1-for-3 with a double and a walk and is batting .400.  Nick Gordon was 1-for-2 with a double and two walks and is batting .342/.381/.542.  Rochester's second baseman, Taylor Featherston, is a twenty-eight year old career minor league who's batting .169/.276/.281.  It's time for Gordon to move up.  Zander Weil was 0-for-4 and is batting .312.  Alex Robles was 0-for-3 with a walk and is batting .091.  Randy LeBlanc struck out eight in seven shutout innings, giving up six hits and no walks.  His ERA is 2.23.  Sam Clay pitched a scoreless inning, giving up two hits and striking out one.  Williams Ramirez pitched a perfect inning.

DUNEDIN 8, FORT MYERS 6 IN DUNEDIN

The Miracle again blew a big lead, as they were in front 5-0 after two and a half innings.  Eduard Pinto hit a two-run homer in the seventh to put the Blue Jays in the lead to stay.

Mark Contreras was 2-for-4 with a triple and a double.  Jimmy Kerrigan was 2-for-4 with a double and is batting .319.  Joe Cronin was 1-for-4 with a double and a walk, scoring twice, and is batting .308.  Taylor Grzelakowsi was 0-for-3 with a walk and is batting .306.  Andro Cutera pitched 5.2 innings, giving up four runs on seven hits and one walk and striking out two.  Logan Lombana pitched a scoreless inning despite giving up two hits and a walk.

BOWLING GREEN 4, CEDAR RAPIDS 0 IN BOWLING GREEN

Moises Gomez singled home a run in the first and it was all the Hot Rods needed.  The Kernels had just two hits.

Royce Lewis was 0-for-4 and is batting .356.  Alex Kirilloff was 1-for-3 with a triple and is bating .300.  The next highest batting average in the lineup was .239.  Randy Dobnak pitched 4.1 innings, giving up three runs on ten hits and no walks and striking out one.  Moises Gomez pitched 2.1 scoreless innings, giving up a hit and a walk and striking out one.  Yes, each team had a player named Moises Gomez.
