Minor Details: Games of May 18

A solid game for Stephen Gonsalves.  A good game for Kohl Stewart.  No offense for the Miracle again.  A big Kernels comeback falls short.

CLINTON 7, CEDAR RAPIDS 6 IN CLINTON

The Lumber Kings scored two in the fifth and five in the sixth to take a 7-0 lead.  The Kernels got back in it with six in the eighth, the last three on a three-run double by Ben Rortvedt.  Cedar Rapids had the tying run on second in the eighth and the ninth.
