  1. Aw, man. I thought we liked Wiggins again. This is really hard to keep track of.

      1. Speak for yourself, I never had that period of hope. I've been very firm in my theory that they should have traded him two years ago.

        1. It's bad enough that he was a bust. Glen doubling down with the max contract will hamstring this team for years. He's untradeable. You will have to pay a team (in draft picks) to take him.

          I've never been a fan.

          1. I am certain some team would be willing to take Andrew Wiggins because there are always 5 to 10 teams willing to tank a season for a good draft pick.

            1. The only way another team takes him is if you also include a draft pick. And Wolves would have to take back a big contract to match up salaries. He literally has negative trade value.

              1. All true, but you might also be overestimating the intelligence of a number of NBA GMs....

                1. I hope so but it feels like everyone is on the same page on Wiggins, now. Perception now matches reality. Could have gotten more a year or two ago.

        2. Yep. Meanwhile, Zach Lavine is turning into what the Wolves hoped Wiggins would be. That trade has really turned into a disaster. Even worse than trading Ricky. Teague at least has been contributing to the team positively when he's healthy. I'm assuming they wouldn't have signed Teague without trading Ricky first.

    1. on track for career worsts in ORTG, VORP, Win Shares, PER, Offensive Box +/-, Box +/-, TS%, 2pt%, corner three% and, mysteriously and hilariously, dunk% (where the % indicates percent made, not pct of shots attempted)

      1. That's kind of like a Bizzaro EGOT. Dunk % would bring it into Bizzaro NEGOT territory.

        1. It doesn't seem to me like A-Stud's name is that hard to pronounce, but a lot of broadcasters sure seem to have trouble with it.

          1. I haven't heard any, but I'm going to guess they accidentally put an "r" or two in one of these blanks:
            A__st__u__dillo

    1. SMH. He was one of my favorites when he was playing. Considering he admitted to doing sending the photo to one mutual friend and the woman's lawyer asked the jury for $2.8M, he got off pretty easy at $67k.

    1. That sucks. I was a big Big Red Machine fan as a kid and loved when Cincy acquired him.
