Is anyone else seeing on the front page that the parenthetical around the comment number for this post is missing the first half (that is, it's a comment #, followed by a closed parenthetical)? Other posts on the site still look normal.

The non standard characters and WordPress probably aren't playing nice. The RTL of arabic characters is likely just messing up the formatting.
I guessed it had something to do with that, but it seemed a little unusual with the closed parenthetical still.
I see the full thing but the parenthetical appears to the left (still technically the end) of the title. Twitter had a harder time with the title.

Now maybe instead of being the TimberBulls they can become the RocketWolves.
