2019 Game 61: Minnesota Twins at Cleveland Indians

Another game to play in this series to salvage something.

Kepler started the game off right with a home run. Berríos on the mound opposite of Bauer. I don't expect him to be with the team in August.

              1. I recommend to instead start complaining now about the next time Parker comes in. Get a head start.

                1. This is me breaking my promise because a shitty ass pitcher fromnthe bullpen other tham Parker is fucking away this game.

                  1. See, I love to swear. Cussing is one of my favorite pastimes, but I'm always learning new ways to express myself and fucking away a game is one of my new favorites.

  1. I've got nice weather for deck sitting and the new umbrella came today. This time, I sunk a damn screw into it so it can't blow away.

  2. I have to think this series will convince the FO that the bullpen needs improvement and the sooner the better. Not that many weeks until July 31 and a lot of teams are going to be in sell mode before long.

    1. I'm not too worried about it. There will bee more sellers than buyers.

By the way, I swing by Val's in St Cloud last week. My first time!

      1. I am very worried about it. The Twins FO does not have a track record of making moves as a competitive buyer. Regardless of the market - if the Twins make any move it will be news because of its rarity and if they make a good/aggressive/expensive move it will really be news. I would be surprised to see the Twins go cheap/obscure with any moves and end up losing to the Yankees in the ALDS without being that competitive.

        1. This front office has never been in this situation. This team is much better than they have been for years.

We'll see but I trust them. It is a young team with most of the best players under team control for years. Any trades should be about the next 2-3 years, not just the next 2-3 months.
