  1. I'm sure most are keeping track now, but some numbers:

Twins gain 2 homers on Yankees yesterday, now lead by 14. They have two games in hand.

I believe the record for team slugging is the 2003 Red Sox with .491. Twins are currently at .504.

As SoCal mentioned yesterday, Twins are going to obliterate the team record and franchise record for runs scored. They have 802 runs now, leading the league. To be the second team (99 Indians) in the past sixty years to get 1,000 runs, they need 198 runs in 27 games (7.33 per game). The Astros just scored 200 runs in August (in 28 games) but did get 23 in one game versus Baltimore that helped.

      1. It is, though how severe it is can be quite variable. I believe I’ve mentioned before that Mrs. Hayes has Crohn’s, which is different than UC but shares many of the symptoms & treatment options. Her mom has both. These diseases are debilitating in ways that are hard to appreciate without close proximity. Hopefully Gibson’s case responds well to treatment.

  2. Sano and Cruz although if one of them aren’t starting I may change if I can get back to computer.

  3. I think the Loons sometimes get into a deal where they want to pass the ball instead of shooting it on goal and its pretty dumb
