  1. Solo HRs don't hurt. Unless you are CFer who doesn't know where the fence is.

  2. I don't understand why you let Berrios start the ninth and then take him out after a bloop single. It seems like it would be better to either take him out to start the inning or give him the chance to work out of it.

  3. Example 6 billion why the Manfred Rules suck. Leadoff hitter chops an easy out to deep 2nd. And that puts a man on 3rd with one out. Ugh.

    1. Like I said. Twins probably win this game without a batter reaching base or a ball leaving the infield.

    1. "This offense" consisted of a solo home run by Polanco. The other run was a gift by Manfred and the Orioles.

    1. Or fix the wrist. It's still injured and he's playing while the pain is manageable.

  4. Well, a win's a win, I guess. Berrios pitched very well. The offense was facing a starter with a career ERA of six, and little better this year, and managed to scratch across one run which the Orioles basically handed to them. But we're not in a position to sneer at a win, however we get it.
