  1. Friends --> Frenemies.

It's literally the same script, only now we're just acknowledging how awful they all are to each other all the time. Sorry, I have feelings about that show and the fact that so many people love it.

  2. Nate Shelley. It would be a spin off of Ted Lasso but coach Ned would be a dour, mean, in it for himself american college football coach.

  3. I'm just going to put these here

        1. Thats probably the right move. Unless the Lakers were going to unload LeBron James for Jake Layman and a first rounder no sense trading away draft picks for rental players (although I thought maybe they should bring back Greg Monroe)

    1. Actually, I am ready for a WW reboot. Or, rather, not a reboot, but the continuation. There's a great episode where Bartlett is playing chess with Sam as he simultaneously plays diplomatic chess with China. At the end of that episode he advises Sam that someday Sam will be president. That's the series I'm not waiting for. Rob Lowe playing President Seaborn.

      1. More specifically what sites are we using to search. I found a good deal to london and overnight it doubled in price.

        1. Scott's Cheap Flights is a newsletter that'll send you flights.

          Google Flights (formerly ITA Matrix)
          Hipmunk
Kiwi - this'll piece together trips across different carriers, so I've never used it I'm too afraid. But the deals can be nice and cheap.
          Kayak

  4. We finally took the plunge last weekend and moved from AT&T to Comcast and got a couple of new iPhone 13s (256GB). I thought I'd want the Mini, but the larger screen and my fat fingers and aging eyes said nah. I have about 9 work apps on it and can do almost any work I have to from the bathroom, if I have to. Also, at the sales kickoff last week I scored a Bose Soundlink Micro, so the combination makes a pretty sweet portable sound system. And the VLC media player now has a streaming app companion so I can stream any music or video file from my laptop to my phone as long as I'm connected to the home network. It will also stream files directly from internet URLs and Dropbox and such. Pretty slick.

      Hmm, let’s see. For me:

      VPN
      Outlook
      Teams
      Planner
      Obsidian
      Tableau
      Box
      PDFExpert

      No Toad or RStudio, though.

          1. I've been using their video player on the computer for awhile and have no complaints. In fact, I finally figured out how to cast to the TV from the computer with VLC.
