  1. I'm with you. 48 hours after the big trade with nothing else is making me nervous.

    1. Came here to say the same. I was initially excited and pretty sure the next big move was coming the day after or so. That it hasn't is quite concerning.

  2. First ride of the year out of the way. My legs stayed strong, but the endurance wasn't quite where it was.

    1. I've been having a hard time with hip soreness during my walks this spring. I found some hip mobility stretching routines that I'm going to start, I hope they help. My endurance is also not where it was or needs to be.

      1. Twayn: good luck. I have struggled with hip issues for years. For me, it's really more of a back issue (I have spondylolisthesis, which affects the nerve bundles going to my hips and lower back muscles).

I do a lot of hamstring stretching, as well as stretches intended to loosen the piriformis and psoas.

Be gentle. I actually partially tore my quad by being over-eaher on a stretch.

  3. I was at a technology for education conference over the weekend, and on Monday, it was the vendor fair. Most of it was just standard branded crap, but one item caught my eye.

Camera maker Hanwha was there, and they had two or three baseball caps from the team they have in the KBO, so I got a free Hanwha Eagles hat. Very cool.

    1. The Wolves beat a LBJ led team by 20 and it felt like they didn’t play very well. Strange times.
