  1. Gosh, I can't believe more people are talking about this potential PERFECT GAME!
Would be such a shame if it got broken up!

  2. At least now a perfect game against the Twins will be a team loss, instead of just a failure on offense?

  3. Did the Dodgers take Kershaw out 80 pitches into a perfect game? That is gonna cause some heads to asplode.

    1. Clayton Kershaw on getting pulled after seven perfect innings: “It was the right decision…it was time.”

I imagine it has been excruciating for Kershaw to have the injuries and in his mind losing any games to injury is worse than losing a perfect game.

      1. Are people legitimately angry he didnt go out for the 8th or are they internet mad? For me its hard to tell.

Going 7 inning nowadays is pretty much a complete game. I have no problem (especially with his injury history) with the decision.

        1. And of course the angriest people are the loudest. Just like most Twins fans loved Mauer but if you went by internet comments it made it seem like only half the fan base did.

        2. It's always easy to say what someone else should do when there are no consequences to you for being wrong.

      2. Things like perfect games are kind of cool, but both Kershaw and the Dodgers need him to stay as healthy as possible.

  4. The Twins swung at 40 pitches and put 8 (!!!!!!) of them in play. 20 swings and misses. Yowsa.
