OMAHA 8, ST. PAUL 7 IN OMAHA (10 INNINGS)

Gabriel Cancel singled home the deciding run.

Alex Kirilloff was 4-for-6 with a home run, a double, and three RBIs.
Roy Morales was 2-for-5.
Jake Cave was 2-for-6 with a home run and three runs.
Elliot Soto was 2-for-3 with two walks.
Jermaine Palacios was 1-for-3 with two walks.

Starter Jake Faria pitched three innings, allowing four runs on four hits and three walks and striking out two.

The Saints are 15-21, in ninth place in the International League West, two games behind eighth-place Gwinnett and 10.5 games behind first-place Nashville.  They have lost nine straight.

Spencer Steer hit a pinch-hit walkoff three-run homer in the bottom of the eleventh.

Matt Wallner was 2-for-3 with two walks and two RBIs.
Chris Williams was 2-for-3 with two walks and two runs.
Alex Isola was 2-for-2 with two walks.
Spencer Steer was 1-for-1 with a three-run homer, his seventh.

Louie Varland struck out eight in six innings, giving up two runs on five hits and two walks.

Bradley Hanner struck out three in 1.2 scoreless innings, giving up one hit.
Cody Laweryson struck out three in two shutout innings, giving up a walk.
Miguel Rodriguez struck out two in a scoreless inning, giving up a walk.

The Kernels are 24-11, in first place in the Midwest League West, one game ahead of Wisconsin.
