OMAHA 6, ST. PAUL 4 IN ST. PAUL

The Storm Chasers scored four in the first inning.

Jake Cave was 2-for-3 with a home run (his tenth) and two walks.
Elliot Soto

Mark Contreras was 1-for-5 with a two-run homer, his eighth.

Starter Ariel Jurado pitched 1.2 innings, allowing five runs on six hits and two walks and striking out two.
Trevor Megill pitched a perfect inning, striking out one.
Mario Sanchez struck out five in four shutout innings, giving up one hit and one walk.
Yennier Cano struck out two in a perfect inning.

The Saints are 37-39, in seventh place in the International League West, a half-game behind sixth-place Omaha, nine games behind Nashville.

SPRINGFIELD 5, WICHITA 4 IN SPRINGFIELD

Chase Pinder's RBI single in the eighth broke a 4-4 tie.

Daniel Ozoria was 2-for-3 with two RBIs.
Leobaldo Cabrera was 2-for-4 with a double.
DaShawn Keirsey was 1-for-2 with two walks.

Starter Blayne Enlow pitched four innings, giving up three runs (two earned) on two hits and three walks and striking out three.
Cody Laweryson pitched two shutout innings, giving up two walks and striking out one.
Alex Scherff pitched a perfect inning.

The Wind Surge is 2-3, tied for third place with Tulsa in the Texas League North, one game behind Arkansas and Springfield.

WISCONSIN 7, CEDAR RAPIDS 6 IN WISCONSIN (11 INNINGS)

A fielder's choice brought home the deciding run.

Kyler Fedco was 2-for-6 with a double.

John Stankiewicz pitched four innings, giving up two runs on five hits and three walks and striking out two.

The Kernels are 2-6, tied for fifth (last) place with Peoria in the Midwest League West, six games behind South Bend.  The Kernels won the first-half championship.

FORT MYERS 3, DUNEDIN 1 IN FORT MYERS

The Mighty Mussels scored single runs in the second, fourth, and sixth.

Dillon Tatum was 1-for-3 with a home run (his fifth) and a walk.

Mike Paredes pitched six innings, giving up one run on seven hits and no walks and striking out three.
Samuel Perez pitched three shutout innings, giving up one hit and striking out two.

The Mighty Mussels are 2-5, in fifth place in the Florida State League West, a half-game behind fourth-place Bradenton, 3.5 games behind Tampa.
