I try not to be a fuddy duddy and such, but I prefer to keep holidays contained to their month. I don't think it's too much to say Halloween decorations don't come out until October (the kids disagree).

We successfully held off until October for Halloween/fall decorations.
The real problem for us is getting them down in a timely fashion. Frankenstein's monster with a Santa hat! Easter eggs hidden in heart-shaped candy boxes! A third thing about 4th of July and, I don't know... Groundhog's day?
Mrs Runner asked me to bring the fall box up from the basement last week, and I gave her enough grief about the inadvertently placed pilgrim-y figures that she sheepishly re-boxed them again.
My take on the Wolves-Jazz trade is that it's a good trade for the Wolves as long as all the draft picks are in the 20s.
KAT missing significant time is the biggest risk.
