It was widely reported over the weekend that the Chicago White Sox have had preliminary discussions with Ozzie Guillén and will interview him for their vacant managerial role this week.
As hilarious as it would be if Reinsdorf overrules Williams & Hahn again, he’s prematurely skipping over a number of qualified candidates — Doug Rader, Jeff Torborg, Gene Lamont, Terry Bevington, & Jerry Manuel.
