Hey guys, it's Mags again. I'm gonna spin a couple more SXSW artists. I'm not gonna go crazy with it, just on a Saturday here and there. Because believe me, I could fill at least 3 weeks, but that seems a bit excessive, so just a few highlights.
This one is Gossling. I saw them at the Aussie BBQ, which featured exclusively bands from Australia. I picked them over the other band I really liked (Miami Horror) because I immediately developed a huge crush on the singer. Shallow? Probably. Am I sorry? Not in the slightest.

The songs they did at the BBQ were a little more electronic(?) than this one, which I felt suited her voice better.
This originally was intended to be a BKaC entry, but DP and I recorded on a Saturday morning while watching soccer, so everytime we tried to get on topic, something happened to drag us back off. Never the less, I think it's an enjoyable podcast. We've always said this is our neighborhood bar, and all this episode is is a recording of two dudes on some virtual barstools.

Welcome back to WGOM Radio. Our next episode is a discussion between CarterHayes and me, MagUidhir. I've already apologized to CH directly about the audio quality. We had a great discussion, but I feel like I let him down by not capturing his input very well. I obviously didn't set up the settings correctly after reinstalling everything on my new hard drive And now I apologize you, the listener, for the jarring transitions between speakers. I promise future episodes will be better. Come for the comparison between Mike Trout and Jason Tyner, stay for the rundown of the 1998 Royals roster.
To join us, email me at acm006 [at] [g]mail and we'll set up a time.

That's Magoo interviewing me. Coincidentally, we talk a lot about things I talked about in the CoC today. Acting, writing, moving around.
That's me interviewing Magoo. A lot of you heard it already, but if you haven't, now you can. We definitively answer the question of what creates a roaming heart that must travel. Or maybe we just half-bakedly BS about it.
After a long time zone-induced absence, WGOM Radio is back. Mags and freealonzo preview the upcoming European Championships.

Here are some outtakes from Episode 2. The first section is what went on during the intermission during taping. The second part is a "What Are You Drinking?" that someone suggested we do during our "Goodbyes", but after SBG had already hung up. He had to go for another call, as I remember. Runtime: 9:00

Episode 1 of WGOM Radio is in the bag, with a minimum of technical difficulties, "um"s, "like"s, and awkward pauses. Please join me and my co-host spookymilk, and our guests Rhubarb_Runner and sean, as we discuss the Twins' offseason moves, as well as some of the moves from around the league.
Our next podcast is going to be T'Wolves-centric, so if anyone would be up for such a discussion, please make yourselves known in the comments.

So, sean and I have been conversing and WGOM Radio is coming along nicely. It appears as though I have the recording and editing figured out, while sean is working on hosting and dissemination. After the jump is a rough idea of who has offered to participate in some way. Please add or make corrections in the comments. Continue reading WGOM Radio – The Setting Up
