Back to live videos.  It loses something in video form, but I was actually at a concert to see this performance, and it blew me away.  The rising platforms were just awesome.  That and I like the dual male and female vocals.

  1. I like Skillet from back in the day. I'm not a huge fan of their recent, more straight up rock stuff (I liked them better when they had a more Industrial-lite sound to them), but I've seen them a few times (a couple times at Sonshine, back in their early days and once at a local church), and you're right, they do put on a pretty kickass live show.

  2. My favorite songs by them tend to be the ones with dual vocals and the stringed instruments. Songs like Whispers in the Dark, Awake and Alive, Hero, etc. Haven't heard their latest album yet (because I'm loathe to buy actual albums anymore).

  4. O.k. If this video is here tomorrow, (Tuesday March 4) I'm replacing it with Shinny Furry People by REM and the Muppets.
