On our cable system, at least, the Twins are on Midco Sports tonight.
Early farm report:
Matt Wallner hit a grand slam as St. Paul leads Scranton/Wilkes-Barre 6-3 after four.
Armani Smith homered for Wichita, but the Wind Surge trails Tulsa 2-1 in the third.
The Kernels are tied 2-2 with Beloit after four.
The Mighty Mussels scored five in the fifth and lead Jupiter 7-1 after six.
The Twins should have a segment on the pre-game show where Joey Gallo talks about funny things that happen on the field or in the clubhouse. They could call it Gallo's Humor.
Now the question: stick with a regular season win over a bottom-feeder in one of my favorite sports, bail for a probable playoff loss in my other favorite sport, or bail for a possible playoff win for the Wild?
I wouldn't invest too heavily in the Wild either...
Even your 2/3rds optimism is impressive.
I’m getting old and soft.
I stayed with this one just to have the chance to rage against the Twins giving up a lead to a team with no aspirations, apparently.
Well, I nailed the Wolves and Wild.
Someone broke our Jax 🙁
The left (younger) guy in the “PB4WEGO” commercial is my college friend Patrick. We played brothers in a show where I was a drug addict and he had AIDS. Now he slings gasoline and I show up in industrials for GM Financial. Acting!!!
C’mon boys, wreck Bart’s night.
Nice AB, Buck.
SEND HIM!!!!
Dumb
Sweet AB, Miranda.
They'll eventually figure out how to actually score. Continuing to give up only three runs will still win a lot of games.
At least I only heard a couple innings of Roy Smalley…
earlier i was going to say that i was happy i had the option to switch over to the radio audio feed.
Yeah, but who do you listen to in innings 4–7?
dunno. had twolves audio on.
This afternoon I thought I heard Dazzle shouting outside my house, but it turns out the neighbors were getting a new driveway apron poured.
I only heard the top of the sixth yesterday, but Hrbek staggered into the booth after drinking all day with Jack Morris and Neal Broten and his conversation with Gladden was entertaining
are the refs actually calling the whistle on jokic?
my rule of thumb is twolves opponents will make 100% of their FTs (of which they will get many).
hopefully the wild can hold on because i don't think the twolves are going to make it.
GALLOOOOOO!!!!!!

We'll just have to settle for 153-9!
