I've been sitting here trying to think of something more pop cultury to type, but the only things sticking in my head are the disturbing entries this week for Spookymilk Survivor. I know some profoundly damaged people, apparently.

I just got back from an interview. Hopefully it went well. Now we're packing up to leave our friends' place we've been crashing at and move into our own flat. Pics to follow if I can find internet.
Just an FYI for anyone who was in the SBG keeper fantasy baseball league - I have created the league at yahoo for now, since it had kept all the emails from last year. There are some polls up as far as what we should do for this year (yahoo vs. ESPN and so forth), so please take a look and we can decide what we want to do.
You invites should be in email account you used last year. If you need to update your email account, let me know at robzk (at) yahoo and I can send you a new invite.
Who said it:
Wow, I nailed that. I'm not even sure why.
where does weed fit in? Faith?
Family.
I think it seamlessly fits in with all three. Gotta work through those concussions somehow.
I just noticed something fun on Hollinger's power rankings- the Wolves (#17), just lost to the Knicks (#16), and play the Magic (#18) tonight. That's a strange little coincidence, isn't it?
You know you love him.
Probably? This guy is absolutely the guy we want playing center. He would have been terrific alongside KG.
I APPROVE OF NIKO BALLGAME
I think he's a werewolf.
Whoa, spookyfavoritesites collide!
He does sorta look like one, though.
Niko Ballgame. YES YES YES YES HOW DID I NOT THINK OF THIS?
I spookied you typing several yeses in all caps. Your giddy style can be imitated, but dude, I missed the hell out of you around here.
Awww, make a feller blush why don't ya... and now that I'm back, I can't believe I was ever away!
Now that you're back, you should join in the festivities over at spoonto's site every once in awhile.
heh. spoonto.
This spoonto business just may have legs. Short, stubby, oft-injured legs.
it has feet, too
Back after a couple hours for my first refresh...
...oh, damn it all, anyway.
sCrappy feet
Boy oh boy, this one kills me.
I worked with a kid whose dad (Dennis Frederiksen) was one of the singers for Toto. His dad had some rocky times with the band during just a one-year tenure but reconciled with them a few years ago. According to his wiki he was diagnosed with inoperable cancer last year. I should call his son.
Sad. Jeff Porcaro also succumbed to cancer several years ago. I always have liked Toto's (the non-forgetable at least) music. Africa's one of my faves.
Rhu_Ru's admission has given me strength. I like The Eagles.
Now that was foolish.
Yeah, that's beyond the pale.
Dude, there's a difference between liking eagles and liking The Eagles.
Please tell me you're just an avid bird-watcher.
Either Way, at least you're not a James Taylor fan.

Hey, how'd I miss out on this James Taylor conversation? I love James Taylor!
Give your lover a homemade bouquet for Valentine's Day
Yeah, I'm doing that.
The WGOM: making me a better husband since 2008.
the wife left me...
...to visit the homefront for a couple weeks, but i totally want to utilize this for when she comes back.
Some great tv from pbs tonight: Slavery By Another Name. I am embarrassed not to have known more of that history. Wow. Great show. It should be required viewing in schools.
