  4. Odelia came home today, which is fantastic. She's doing really well, and Gwen was really happy to meet her.

    On the other side of things, my father in law is doing really poorly. The cancer is quite advanced and the outlook is not good. Thanks for the prayers from the nation, and more are always appreciated.

  8. Spring is probably here to stay judging by the forecast. The birds have been chirping away and a few onions have popped out of the ground (that was a surprise). But the crappy thing about nice weather is that the down block neighbor have to blast their bass heavy tunes so all of us can hear it. ugh

  9. In honor of meat and my stomach, I made crock-pot pernil today (and black beans, and tomatillo-avocado sauce, and brown rice) for tacos.
