one of my favorite NBA stats from last year: Beasley attempted 766 shots for a grand total of 759 points.
Doubleheader and I'm off work by then, with half a growler to finish. Whoo!
Chris Kluwe, still being awesome. a must read article about what its like as a rookie punter and a veteran punter.
That was great. I greatly enjoy Kluwe's take on things.
Looks like he stole socal's commenters.
not that Doumit is having a stellar season, but its never good when concussions are brought up.
Dustin Morse @Twins_morsecode
The @Twins have placed Ryan Doumit on the 7-day DL with a concussion & reinstated Josh Willingham from the DL. #MNTwins
Apparently suffered on Sunday, played through it on Royals series... diagnosed by Royals training staff.
Of course.
It's hard to diagnose a concussion if the patient doesn't reveal any symptoms. I'm guessing the Twins don't take an actual doctor with them on road trips, just trainers. I believe each home team is responsible for providing the services of an M.D.
Then again, would it matter if the Twins took a doctor with them on road trips?
The TJ DL could start sooner.
So, my dad and brother went to Sturgis. Dad, 70, logged 550 miles on the bike in one day, a lot of it through rain. Brother says he was not fazed by it and could outride anyone.
Dad and Mick: the two coolest 70 year olds alive today.
If it's on your radar you've probably already seen it, but a lot of folks over at my CdL site have asked for strategic game challenges that aren't part of a big Survivor game. Well, I threw together a new site to do at least one of those a month, and today we start the Rome challenge, which is complex in its way but can be played with a single short email per day. Head over there to comment and jump in.
I don't think I could come up with a better "corrected caption" for number six.
Number 6 in general was a big bag of "Wha...?" I personally found the understated corrected caption for #4 to be perfect.
If that spread didn't make soccer the national sport, I don't know what will.
[This isn't where I parked my car the game log]
Did you really just reference Eurotrip?
Hell yes I did.
I knew what you were referencing, but Scotty didn't know.
sorry if this is a repost, but Micheal Beasley, still up in smoke
