bases loaded, no outs and then all strikeouts. yuck
2.2635 run expectancy in that situation, and we get bupkis. Oy.

The FSN radar gun must be juiced because Jimenez is throwing sliders that are coming in at 93 mph.
Most of them are hooked up to PitchF/X these days, making it more accurate. However, some parks run a little fast or slow. FanGraphs says his slider this year is ~83, so it must have been a fastball, which has averaged 93 this year.
Nah, it was definitely a slider. He also had a fastball that came in at 98 mph to Plouffe.
F-Bomb circa 2006 had a slider that hit the low 90's.
Wow - a continuation of the agressive baserunning, eh? "No stopping at first, guys -- I'm sending everyone to second tonight!"
OMG, that was a dinner. Grilled chicken, fettuccine alfredo, roasted veggies (asparagus, red peppers, Vidalia onions) and a Clos du Bois chardonnay. Mrs. Twayn got us a grill pan for the veggies, much better than the loaf pan we've been using. I can't wait to use it for shrimp, fish and whatever else I can think of.
Grilled Omaha Steaks burger w/colby jack, corn o' the cob, baby spuds, and a Mike's lite cranberry lemonade.
Nice. We've got a local fruit/veggie farm about a mile away that's got signs out for sweet corn, I'll have to get over there ASAP.
these were from Nebraska, from what I've been told
They do know a little about corn in Nebraska.
Have been grilling skinless, boneless thighs lately (with marinade, usually soy, oyster sauce, Soy Veh). Much more flavorful than chix breasts according to NBBW. A little sea salt adds to the mix.
It's the extra fat. I'm a big fan of wings, myself.
Wings yeah.
BLT (with fresh picked from mom's garden Beefsteak tamaters) and sweet corn (again fresh picked)
I love this time of the year
Dido. I've got a quart of strawberries and a cantaloupe cut up and chilling in the fridge for desert.
cantaloupe is an underrated fruit
Not to me. I used to live about ten miles from Rocky Ford.
I planted beefsteak also, but have only gotten 2 so far - they were great, but hey.
It's time to crush the leaders of the AL Central.
Ramirez needs to knock in at least one run here
rats
Deduno's looking better each inning. We need to get some offense going, though.
Okay, I think I just put the hex on Sammy. Sorry about that.
If the toons are anything like the Twins, there's nothing to fear.
See?
More insurance, please.
Delivery.
I generally like Ron Coomer in the booth, but him trying to sell me that Ryan Doumit is a great catcher makes me roll my eyes
i've been utilizing the TRN audio feed with the FSN video since i figured out i could do that, especially with a provoberry booth.
I've been utilizing the Craig Ferguson comedy special on Netflix.
sounds like Joe Mauer is doing better

WILLING HAMMERS OUT A TRIPLE!
gameday says double + third base on error.
I'd like to believe that the right fielder only dropped the ball because he was intimidated by Willingham's speed.
Hammered!
Bisquit!!!! Yeah.

M11 - Mgr of the year - your thots??
best brawler in the FSL.
He certainly has the grit necessary.
In 2020 after taking over for Gardy's back-to-back World Champs!
He's kind to his mother and a former gold glover.
Matt 'not Canadian' Albers
If the Twins can't score here, I will eat my hat.
Suweet.
Dunce out there to make it interesting.
Wait, are we in a three inning save situation here?
Yeah.
Sweet. And I've got to cool it on the vino now.
Was Perkins asleep in the bullpen?
need a replay of that
Well, I'll be dunced.
I think this is the second time this year where a Twins reliever has been pulled after 2.2 IP working on a 3 inning save.
maybe my memory is hazy because I couldnt find such game on b-r
More than 3?
Well, there goes your three inning save, Bremer.
Shoot, Dunce could have done that.
THIS TEAM CAN'T STOP WINNING!
3 out of 4 games are wins. an almost winning streak!
Royals were up 6-0 on Nats through 2.
Now down 7-8. If they follow through on this blown lead, they'll be back to just one game above .500.
Double your pleasure, double your fun! We're still on track for 92-70!
