1. The scorer should have gave Rosario a triple.

2. Hunter scored easily on the double and the shortstop(?) should have thrown to third to get Rosario.

3. VARGAS VARGAS VARGAS.

   I'm so tired of weak grounders to the pitcher by 7-9

   1. I don't think Vargas will hit 7-9. Hicks will come around eventually, he has his highest batting average yet in the majors and just needs to get that OBP up. Nunez and Santana I have less hope for.

      1. But Vargas would DH and Nunez wouldn't.

         1. I think there needs to be a "free Ortiz Vargas (and Arcia)" campaign.

      2. I'm certainly ready for someone other than Santana now.

         1. Ryan agrees. Santana sent down and Vargas recalled.

4. Aaron Hicks is not very good when runners are in scoring position. Coming into the game he is 2-20 and 0 RBI.

5. The last game I heard on the radio, the Twins scored something like 7 runs in a single inning, so I've got high hopes here.

6. Look at Pelfrey pile up all these strikeouts. This is fun!

      1. If he got a two-year extension previously, this has to be worth a five-year deal.

         1. Maybe he can just have Nolasco's contract. Win-win!

7. Looks like Pelfrey is rocking. I'm tired of being indifferent to him - he's been pitching like a pitcher I like having on the team this season.

   Saw that free is attending today's game.

   1. I feel bad for being so down on him early on (even if it was legitimate), dude's killing it and deserve a load of credit for pitching this good after the relegation to the bullpen.

9. I love hearing Bruno shouting from the dugout all the time. Nice knowing he's back there watching his batters' backs
