Fired up mlb on the roku for the first time. Ballpark sounds! That's gonna make a full season purchase next year awful tempting.
really ... I'm going to have to check that out on the ps3...
I wonder if mlb has been reading my internet words because I've been saying how great this feature would be.
Nifty double play
We'll take two outs on one pitch, but it really should have been a strikeout a pitch earlier.
Where's that unicorn pic?
oh mama
Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo urns.
I spookied the hell out of that.
Not the right field part though.
If they sac bunt here I'm going to be disappointed.
I'm going to be disappointed.
totes not disappointed.
I'm apparently behind, but this made me happy.
Mauer ties the franchise record for consecutive games on base. Today's trivia question was about who holds the MLB record. Bremer guessed Wade Boggs. I would be surprised if someone topped Williams's streak.
Williams holds the record at 84 games. Dimaggio (and Williams again) are second with 74 games. Who's fourth?
Ugh, dammit ii, there's no way he was trying to hit you in this situation.
Totes adorbs.
Totes.
Hiya fellas! What'd I miss?
alright y'all. I'm going to finish narcos.
in a minute. . . . . . . .
alright, ii, just a fly ball deep enough to score a run.
Shiite.
Intentionally walking a rookie to face him, and ii obliges them and grounds into the double play...gotta sting the ol ego a bit, no?
Sano's BABIP is so ridiculous.
I bet his line drive % is pretty awesome, too
Perkins at least knows how to time his ejections to after the game has ended.
The ump really asserted his authority on that one.
I missed it ... what happened?
Dozier catches the final out. Perkins yells something at the ump. The ump throws him out of the game that already ended. Perkins ignores him because you can't get thrown out of a game that's already over.
Gotcha.
I'm not a fan of the obligatory, but man do I love Perk. Sure hope he can round back into pre-AS break form in the near future.
Yes, but it does mean an automatic fine for him.
He can probably afford it.
I totally missed that this happened, and I was there.
During Santana's at bat there were three close pitches in a row that got booed for being called balls. They were borderline, but the ump had been a little curious all night, from where we were sitting, so all 3 being balls seemed an unfortunate break.
The ump walked the ball out to the mound and was talking with Perkins after the HR. That didn't appear heated, but it was certainly a little odd.
Carlos Santana is now 8-for-19 with 4 home runs off of Perkins. No other batter has more than 2 HRs vs. Perkins. He also has 2 doubles and 4 walks.
Decided to make an impromptu trip to the game tonight because, hey, I'm in the cities, and the Twins are relevant, and I finished my brief. What a great night at the ballpark. Also, dollar hotdogs!
Hotdogs! You know what they make those things out of huh Chet, ya know?
