I think my lack of water intake over the last few years may be contributing to my desire to leave. Damn dry climate.

But it's a hot dry.
Cold dry is harder. You don't think about it and then you realize your skin is leather and your lips are split and bleeding and you can't blink.
I was walking to high school once in a dry, biting, windy cold. By the time I got to the door, I was sniffling, the wind had been blowing tears from my eyes, and I had apparently gotten a bloody nose somewhere along the way. It took awhile to convince the hall monitors, no, I hadn't just gotten into a fight.
Thank God it was dry, though. Man, you get around the coasts with some moisture in the air, and it's bone chilling (I'm looking at you, San Fran)
Yesterday, NDSU had the ribbon cutting ceremony for their new STEM building. My company made a significant contribution to get this building built. We also set up an endowment for the university to award $180,000 in scholarships in perpetuity (when fully funded). This first year, $20,000 in scholarships were awarded.
We have a lot of pride in our local university and a lot of their students become part of our company. Also, the football team is 69-5 over the last five years (and counting).
nice.
At least you are not water-fat.
I wore an aloha shirt to work today. I hate this weather.
Just in case, I don't remember seeing anything posted, but in Rule 5 Draft results for the Twins, they picked up no one, and lost Zach Jones (4.18 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, 68 K, 28 BB in 51 2/3 IP at Class A Advanced, Double-A) to Milwaukee.

If this had been Mark's Towing of Eagan I suspect some folks around here would have nodded knowingly.
Would have explained why they left me stranded on the side of the road for hours in the dead of winter.
