Skim has already been invited to Valleyfair by a new school friend. I worried so much about them finding good friends, but I'm starting to wonder why.

Robbie Grossman bobblehead night. Sounds like a winner to me.
I also like this one that he wrote a while back: After rough start, Twins front office says Timberwolves should have drafted Steph Curry
That one is true quality. The only thing missing is a complaint about the way Claeys botched the clock against Michigan.
that's amazing
Slate declares Zach Lowe is America's Best Sports Writer. Its hard to disagree.
R. I. P. Alan Young, best remembered as Wilbur Post on the TV show "Mr. Ed", at age ninety-six.
So, this week hasn't been great. I started off bottling beer (!), and nearly embedded a piece of glass in my eye. The next day I missed a follow up appointment with my orthopedist. My boss returned from a conference in a shitty mood on Thursday, and I had house guests who left a bit of a mess. I've been holding off all the craziness while packing to join Dr. Chop in Dublin tomorrow. I realized at lunch that I hadn't confirmed my teaching schedule, and that I hadn't talked with the friends I'm staying with in Northern Ireland yet. While running last minute errands my car died. Turns out I need a new battery. I got my car jumped, and drove it home. Purchased new battery on amazon, set to deliver the day before I get home. I'm hoping that I've gotten all the insane out before I board my flight tomorrow.
and I scalded my hand washing the last of the dishes. I seriously hope this is the end of the madness.
Safe travels to you.
