A4 (my nickname for a running buddy as her name is 4 long in FB) is running a 100 miler along the Erie Canal. She started yesterday at 10AM, and another buddy who is pacing her last 25 miles just posted a video of her around 9AM at mile 90. Wow.
She finished 100 miles strong, and had a milk shake.

You got my email, I assume?
Anyway, it was this.
