MESA 10, SURPRISE 4 IN MESA

Mesa scored four in the second to take a 5-2 lead and never looked back.  Tanner English was 2-for-4 with a double and a walk.  Mitch Garver was 0-for-3 with a walk.  Mason Melotakis struck out two in a scoreless inning, giving up one hit.

LARA 4, ANZOATEGUI 2 IN LARA

Lara scored two in the seventh to go up 3-2.  Niko Goodrum was 1-for-4 with a double for Anzoategui.

MARGARITA 2, LA GUAIRA 0 IN MARGARITA

Back-to-back triples to start the third led to both Margarita runs.  Heiker Meneses was 0-for-2 for La Guaira.

ARAGUA 7, CARACAS 3 IN CARACAS

Ramon Flores' two-run single in the third broke a 2-2 tie and put Aragua in the lead to stay.  Wilfredo Tovar was 2-for-5 with a run for Caracas.
