Happy Berrios Day! Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we have no game.

Solo home runs don't hurt you.
It looked like it hurt the kid who's face it landed on, though
This doesn't sound good at all.
Guys, if you have any thought that Berrios is hurting, get him out of there. Let's not fool around.
I don't have the game on. What's going on?
Fastball sitting around 90 instead of 95ish
He's topped out at 92 since then. I'm not sure what they're thinking here.
agreed
aren't these 'must' win games though?
No, they're just "must play" games.
Sounds like he was showing some intestinal fortitude today. I'm old enough to remember when Carlos Silva was pitching great and then abruptly informed Gardy that he was sick and couldn't continue, the bullpen blew the lead and everyone afterwards basically called out Silva for being a big wuss. Berrios proved today that you need to tell people beforehand that you're sick.
Ha! For those not watching it listening on the radio, the current batter has gone with PTBNL for his jersey.
Which player is that? That's pretty awesome.
I'm assuming we'll have to wait until the offseason to find out.

backup catcher Josh Phegley
I like it, but he's never actually been one. In fact, he's only been traded once, from the White Sox to Oakland in a trade that involved Jeff Samardzija.
Maybe he knows his future
Or perhaps he's been a on a potential list once or a few times in his past. I wonder if players know when that happens.
Time to get a run or 8
HOLE LEE HOME RUN
From my seat, Bassitt definitely tips his Booferdoodle.
That was well hit.
Dude needs to get rid of the chaw though.
Another HR into CATCH
Chromecasting onto the TV while we sort out drawers in the kitchen. Thanks MLB
It took Garver three attempts to get his face mask back on after a foul tip to the head. Shouldn't that be a sign for the trainer to visit?
Austin City Stadium Limits
I'm excited to see him get some solid playing time next season.
Twins: if you want to win, give up less home runs than your opponent.

I was going to get pedantic, but the number of home runs this staff gives up is truly countless.
Heh, I got pedantic
Fewer
i have so much fewer respect for you now.
I hope they let Rodney use his entrance next inning
