I've never listened to much (though I've always thought that name was fantastic). He came up while talking to a friend that was deep in the MPLS music scene and he had a very vulgar and dismissive opinion, and this was a couple years before all this.
As far as I know, this is this only song of his I know, having heard it I'm sure on the Current.

Neither here nor there, but he handled this significantly differently. I'm sure his recent sobriety probably plays into this as well. Its too bad because I really enjoyed Roseville and the one show I was at.

I'm always torn about how to react. At some point, people should be forgiven for their misdeeds if they truly apologize. I don't know where to draw that line.
The lead singer of Pinegrove had similar issues and basically it was decided that this behavior had to stop and he get counseling or they were done as a band. So he did and they went on a year long hiatus while he did so.. Their latest album is somewhat reflective of that and a bit of an apology.
So, has this moved along far enough to make my "is that Stan Van Gundy?" joke without insulting either SVG or the people this guy hurt?
