A week ago, I said that playing the Royals, Sox, and Clevelanders at 7-3 would be a disappointment. They lost that game, then infuriatingly lost two against Chicago. So...now 7-3 is the best they can hope for.
Luckily, Sonny Gray is on the mound today, and he doesn't believe on site things like occasionally giving up runs. Of course, with the way our non-Buxton offense has been going, there might be a surfeit of runs, in general. Let's hope for another 2-0 game in our favor.
double steal would be cool
a fly out then ground out....not cool
Juan Miranda's defense now costing runs
Rocco is justified about the runner running out of the runners lane not being called
and now he is tossed
He was justified, but if the Twins had made the play in the first place, it wouldn't even have come up.
2-0 Cleveland, that might be enough runs to win this game
woof Sonny Gray having his first bad inning of the season
The Twins are making another ordinary pitcher look extraordinary.
Kepler to the Max!
his first hit this year against a lefty
and a Jeremy, too
Correa went down to get that one!
Tie game!
Not for long.
Yeah, MLB notification about the tie didn't even arrive before it was already gone again
Unusual in that this loss actually didn't still lower the team ERA
