2024 Game 82: Twins at Seattle, the Streak Continues

It has been well established that this year's Twins are very streaky. They've currently won 2 games. Thus, they will win a minimum of 21 more in a row before losing.

  1. I used to go to Seattle a fair amount and regret I've never attended a game at the stadium after driving past it so many times.

      1. Concur. In my top five. I’m not sure if it’s still there, but the Pyramid brewery across the street was a convenient spot to enjoy a cold one before the game.

On the other hand, I don’t like Vázquez fumbling the absolute dead-at-the-plate relay throw … but I don’t blame him for looking out for Haniger.

      1. Absolutely.

That, and Luke Raley running out of the baseline to cut in front of Miranda, influencing the error that led to the ying run in the 8th. Probably should have been called. I mean, he ran on the infield grass!

        1. One of the beautiful things about this game is that it forces you at an early age to confront and deal with the inequities and injustices that life delivers on a pretty regular basis.

  2. I totally missed that Garv-sauce was also in the Pacific Northwest. Or more realistically, I probably I saw it but completely forgot.
