Even formatted poorly that looks great.
Now, onto Kirilenko. Let me start by saying that his basketball reference page is currently available for only 47 90 dollars. I'd like to get someone over Canis on that right away. Six, klaw, I think you guys have some pull over there, right? In this morning's CoC I suggested that AK is probably the second best player on this team after love. I know we are all Rubio fans boys but even on Rubio's best days I don't know if he impacted games the way Kirilenko does.
5 game sample size in mind, Kirilenko would have season highs in the following statistics right now:
Field Goal Percentage: .629
3 Point Percentage: .500 (As sustainable as the Knicks)
True shooting: .673
Effective Field Goal: .657
Rebound %: 13%
Assist %: 19.8%
Offensive Rate Per 100 Possessions: 119
Defensive Rate Per 100 Possessions: 95
Win Shares Per 48: .217
All of this is being done with a next to career low usage rate of 15.4%.
Yes, again, I am fully away of sample sizes and the sustainability of some of the statistics listed above. With that said, there is a reason this guy is getting 10 million bucks and so far, he is on pace to be worth every penny of it.
Wolves are +8 or +300 on the money line tonight. Don't everyone run to Vegas all at once.
game on My29 or WGN

Pump fake drink!
pretty sloppy so far, but I'm not worried; I'll patiently wait for the Fourth Quarter Shutdown™
I am not sure what is on Kirk Hinrich's face but he looks like Robin less the cape.
I feel like Pek is taking shots from further away from the basket this year that last. That probably isn't a great thing for his shooting percentage but I suppose it is good for his development.
I think you are right on that. that weird angle,on the baseline hook shot is pretty low percentage
It seems like Williams is taking a fair amount of shots from that same place on the court this season. I don't like it.
I remember some talk last year that Pek was very capable of hitting from 15-18 feet during practice, but he didn't seem to feel comfortable shooting those during the game. I'd say if he's willing to shoot those now, great!
Not sure what to think about the hook shot. I guess since Darko is gone, someone has to shoot those, huh?
I call it the half hook, half runner, all ugly.
Pump fake, foul, drink!
that was an impressive dunk by Chase
that is a crazy jacket Kevin Love is sporting tonight.
Pek is drawing a lot of fouls tonight.
The Wolves need to extend this lead while the Bulls second unit is on the court. The Bulls first team looked really effective against the Wolves in the first.
Something about Nate Robinson reminds me of JJ.
SHOOT IT FROM CLOSER TO THE BASKET!
this game has been a choppy affair
Missed most of the first. Wolves look good again. Man, I've seen a lot of seasons where a guy like Cunningham would be a 30-35 minute guy on this club. He's pretty good for a fourth forward.
I think the Wolves made out in that trade.
How is the MSM going to react when KAAAAAAAAAHN is in the executive of the year discussion?
could really use the Love Hoovermatic under the basket...
pump fake drink
Pump fake, crossover, lay up, drink !
Man, that was so pretty.
a move like that deserves two gulps
Pek learned his lesson from last night and dunked that one.
Joakim Noah is a lot quicker than Pek
crossover fadeaway jibby-jabby jumpshot
Alright, big 4th quarter coming up here.
you have to specify big quarter for WHO
I would like someone to start defending
BelliniBelinelli, please.this is not looking good
This is a good guy check for this team. On the second night of a back to back. Just got kicked in the teeth by the opposing defense. Good time out by Coach. This would be a great win on the road if they come back.
So, I see D-Will is O-fer-10. He's no Wes Johnson, but he needs to start figuring out how to play to his strengths, and soon.
I remember a game last year when our Unicorn was something like 0-10 before hitting a game tying 3. I am pretty positive something similar will happen tonight.
I am starting to worry my prediction isn't going to have a chance to materialize.
It's getting closer than I thought it would. And there might be enough injuries for D-Will to make it back on the floor, too.
ok, enough with the injuries. jeepers 🙁
le sigh.
who put a lid on the Wolves basket?
This game was winnable. Just couldn't mark shots.
Williams shoots better than 0% this could turn into a win awfully quick.
Excellent point, Buffalo.
I appreciate the assist in the stat department. Which is more than Derek Williams could say tonight.
It was cool while it was working but there is no need to give Cunningham the ball at the top of the key on every possession.
Don't foul!
At least the Wolves covered.
I'm pretty happy about the Wolves holding the Bulls to 87 points.
The Wolves are going to have to settle for the same record as OKC.
